First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Staff Talent Management & Workforce Planning Specialist in Hillsboro/Marlborough hybrid roles. You will drive enterprise workforce planning, identify critical roles, and lead capability analyses to inform talent decisions that support growth and organizational effectiveness.

The role partners with leaders across the organization to design and implement talent programs, develop leadership readiness, and strengthen workforce performance for long‑term

Qualifications

• 6+ years in workforce planning, talent strategy, and headcount planning.
• Experience translating business strategy into workforce implications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; synthesize data into insights.
• Balance strategic thinking with practical execution; prioritize high‑impact work.
• Experience leading complex programs with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise workforce planning activities aligned to business strategy.
• Translate priorities into required roles, skills, and capacity needs.
• Conduct capability analyses to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Identify and refine critical roles and key talent segments with leaders.
• Develop and evaluate talent management programs for growth and leadership readiness.
• Partner with HR and leaders to assess workforce trends and priorities.
• Lead large, multi-faceted talent initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and improve talent strategies.
• Provide guidance on talent management practices and industry trends.
• Design processes and tools that improve the employee experience.
