Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Talent Senior Specialist to own staffing for projects, optimize team designs, and partner with leadership to balance staff utilization. The role focuses on driving staffing decisions with a view to project needs and firm economics.

The position is based in Seattle with a hybrid office model and includes a comprehensive benefits package. You will collaborate across Talent Management and other functions to support consultants and the firm’s goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years total work experience.
• Undergraduate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the staffing process for long & short-term projects and identify the right consultants.
• Balance project needs with staff utilization and design optimal team configurations.
• Advise project leaders on staffing options, considering economics and policy guidelines.
• Coordinate case intake, triage workload, and staff allocation with TM leadership.
• Drive summer staffing in the office and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Support end-to-end short-term staffing between assignments and mentor roster of consultants.
