Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in Los Angeles/Seattle is seeking a Talent Senior Specialist - Pipeline to lead staffing for consulting projects. You will balance teams, collaborate with leadership, and drive staffing decisions across the talent management function within BCG’s West system.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, and a strong operational mindset to support case intake, summer staffing, and long-term resource planning.

Qualifications

• Prior experience at a consulting firm and/or in an HR, Consulting, Talent or Finance role is preferred.
• 4+ years’ total work experience
• Undergraduate degree required

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing for long and short-term projects, aligning case context with the right consultants.
• Balance project teams to match pipeline and staffing needs.
• Collaborate with project leadership to evaluate staffing options and their impact on economics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across functions to meet staffing demands.
• Support summer staffing and intern programs and pipeline initiatives.
