Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end staffing for projects in assigned Practice Areas with senior team members.
• Help manage case context, needs, and final staffing decisions on opportunities.
• Coordinate weekly staffing cadence and act as staffing point of contact for case team leaders.
• Support SAM pipeline management with timely project entry and communication.
• Assist in ACPL case team design and deployment on early hires.
• Collaborate with Talent, Finance, and HR partners to balance teams.
