Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Talent Senior Specialist – Pipeline in Seattle to own the staffing process for consulting teams, ensure optimal roster alignment, and support talent development. The role requires coordinating with leadership across Talent Management and Finance to balance staff utilization and project needs, with a hybrid work arrangement in the West region.

The candidate will partner with Talent Managers and senior leaders to secure the right consultants for each project,

Qualifications

• Prior experience at a consulting firm and/or in an HR, Consulting, Talent or Finance role is preferred.
• 4+ years’ total work experience.
• Undergraduate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing for long- and short-term projects, aligning with case context and needs.
• Balance project designs by viewing overall pipeline and staff needs.
• Advise project leadership on staffing options and economic impact.
• Support case intake, triage, and load-balancing for Talent Management.
• Coordinate summer staffing and intern coordination across stakeholders.
• Possibly manage a small roster of consultants and support their development.
