Job summary

You will partner with case team leaders and HR to balance utilization, client needs and consultant growth, while advancing our talent programs and processes in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Liberal Arts or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• At least 6 years of professional experience, including 2+ years in progressive management.
• Strong knowledge of consulting roles and career progression.
• Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Staff consulting case teams across the office, balancing client, office and individual needs.
• Oversee staffing, performance management and integration initiatives.
• Partner with HR to make staffing decisions and support development.
• Build relationships with consultants and provide career guidance.
• Lead training, performance reviews and recognition processes.
• Contribute to operating policies and process improvements for staff.
