Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Talent Specialist – Pipeline in New York to support end-to-end staffing for projects in assigned Practice Areas. The role partners with senior Pipeline members, coordinates case intake, shortlist distribution, and final staffing decisions, and maintains accurate SAM pipeline data.

The position emphasizes data-driven staffing, collaboration with Finance/HR, and balancing project teams while operating in a hybrid work environment in the Northeast region.

Competenze

• Prior experience at a consulting firm and/or in an HR, Consulting, Talent or Finance role is preferred.
• 2+ years’ total work experience.
• Undergraduate degree required.

Mansioni

• Support end-to-end staffing for individual projects in assigned Practice Areas.
• Assist weekly staffing cadence and act as staffing point of contact for case team leaders.
• Manage SAM pipeline with accurate project entry and awareness of active/potential casework.
• Help optimize team designs across projects as priorities shift and support early hires.
• Consolidate and share staffing information for cohorts in line with project needs and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with Talent, Finance, and HR partners to ensure policy adherence.
