Bain & Company, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Global Staffing Product Management to lead staffing product strategy across the firm.

You will partner with Local and Regional Staffing teams, translate user needs into a prioritized roadmap, and drive adoption while balancing business value with technical feasibility. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, Agile delivery, and a focus on AI-enabled capabilities within a hybrid work model.

Formación

• 5-8+ years of progressive experience.
• 2-4 years experience in a product strategy, requirements intake (e.g. sr business analyst), process owner or customer facing role
• Experience owning outcomes across initiatives and coordinating work across cross-functional partners
• Experience working hands-on with software products, including shaping requirements and resolving issues
• Experience using analysis and judgment to prioritize work and make tradeoffs
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams ranging in seniority and create a consensus between stakeholders
• Vendor management skills including holding them accountable for deliverables and pushing through roadblocks
• Ability to understand complex business needs, competitive offerings, and industry trends and translate them to customer-facing solutions
• Ability to use analysis to prioritize business value
• Demonstrates a leadership mindset and has a positive influence on culture and morale across broader function

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Local and Regional Staffing teams to drive adoption and embed the product into day-to-day workflows
• Distill high level roadmap set by Product Manager into a clear and actionable sequence of work
• Ensure continuous communication with key firm and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment with roadmap and make right business decisions
• Develop a deep understanding of Staffing and Program Management goals and the value they derive from the product(s)
• Measure customer value/business outcomes through pilots and KPI metrics to ensure the product fulfills vision
• Create and execute end user communication, marketing, and training strategy
• Motivate and inspire product teams by conveying the product vision and helping the team understand the business purpose
• Maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog based on business value and roadmap
• Work with technical teams to deliver feature releases and optimizations
• Write user stories with acceptance criteria and improve based on feedback
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Develop domain expertise including internal and external trends
• Collaborate with Technical product management to inform technology strategy
