Job summary

Flow Control Group, a leading North American industrial solutions provider, is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and pipeline qualified passive talent for Sales and Field Service roles. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to shorten time to fill and improve candidate quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience in industrial or technical sectors, plus hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Recruiter, and ATS

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience for industrial, technical, and sales roles.
• Proven ability to engage passive talent in competitive markets.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Recruiter; strong Boolean and X-ray search.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and data-driven recruiting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple searches in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, target markets, and landscape.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to deliver a qualified slate quickly.
• Identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and Boolean/X-ray search.
• Engage candidates with personalized, multi-touch outreach.
• Screen and qualify candidates for technical aptitude, sales capability, and geographic fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate and activity records in the ATS.
• Share market insights to inform hiring strategy.
• Represent FCG professionally in candidate interactions.
• Serve as back-up to Corporate Recruiters for full-cycle recruiting as needed.
