Job summary

Southern Industrial Constructors, INC. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to manage the full recruiting lifecycle for multiple trades.

The role requires building pipelines, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, and guiding candidates through the process. The ideal candidate has at least five years in industrial recruiting, strong communication skills, and experience with ATS systems and UltiPro.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in industrial recruiting across multiple trades.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, HR preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of EEO, FLSA and diversity recruiting.
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
• Excellent multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for all craft positions.
• Inform applicants of duties, responsibilities, duration, benefits, schedules, and work conditions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and talent mobility to identify staffing needs, job specs, duties and qualifications.
• Be proactive in sourcing using internal and external boards and UltiPro.
• Network to recruit active and passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Build relationships with managers to evaluate talent and interview effectiveness.
• Manage requisitions, approvals, updates, and ATS entries.
• Coordinate initial paperwork for hired candidates and ensure smooth transition to Talent Processing Coordinator.
• Other duties as assigned.
