• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization and partner with hiring managers to understand business needs.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans and promote a positive candidate experience from application to offer.
• Actively source candidates for critical roles using LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, including resume reviews, tracking, reporting, and auditing.
