48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and build strong candidate pipelines for light industrial and manufacturing roles nationwide. You will hunt, engage, and nurture talent, partnering with recruiters to meet hiring needs across markets.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, relationship-building with local employers and community partners, and maintaining ongoing candidate pipelines while collaborating with TA Specialists and Recruiters.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, candidate sourcing, staffing, or related field.
• Experience navigating multiple job boards, resume databases, social media platforms, and recruiting systems.
• Strong internet research and information-gathering skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates for light industrial and manufacturing openings across the country.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired roles and hard-to-fill positions.
• Develop relationships with businesses and community contacts in various markets.
• Identify organizations and communities to expand reach and sources of talent.
• Deliver qualified candidate leads and maintain pipeline activity.
