Job summary

Expect coordination of travel and onboarding logistics as needed. The role requires 2+ years in TA/sourcing, strong knowledge of ATS platforms, and proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing.
• Advanced knowledge of hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
• Experience using candidate sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.).
• Experience using HRIS/ATS systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, iCIMS, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels and resources.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Develop interview questions and coordinate pre-interview assessments.
• Promote the company's employer value proposition on social channels.
• Evaluate applications and resume quality; screen candidates via calls, emails, and video.
