Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner in Irving, TX to attract qualified candidates across multiple roles, manage interview scheduling, and collaborate with hiring leaders to build strong talent pools.

You will partner with TA teams, source via social platforms and ATS, screen candidates, coordinate travel, and help drive innovative recruiting campaigns in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing.
• Experience with social media, resume databases, and networks.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and business internet use.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through social media, websites, ATS, and networks.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, experience and skills.
• Compile interview questions and coordinate pre-interview assessments.
• Promote our Employee Value Proposition via social channels.
• Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls and video.
• Record notes in Workday and manage HR expenses in SAP Concur.
• Coordinate with TA partners and hiring leaders to define selection criteria.
• Identify opportunities to build applicant pools and candidate fit.
• Support TA campaigns and develop recruiting marketing plans.
• Schedule candidate interviews using Outlook and the ATS.
• Arrange travel for interviews when necessary and prepare agendas.
