Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Brandon, FL for a 6-month contract focused on candidate sourcing and early-stage screening. You will build talent pipelines, contact passive candidates, and coordinate with the TA team to define role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify and prescreen candidates for various opportunities.
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e. g. LinkedIn and Indeed).
• Craft and send recruiting emails.
• Coordinate with the talent acquisition team to determine position requirements.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e. g. Boolean search)
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Provide talent insight and feedback on market conditions to build a recruiting strategy
• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
• Ask for referrals from external networks
• Promote our talent and employer brand online and offline
• Maintain candidate databases via our Applicant Tracking System and talent community
• Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
