Job summary

McKinstry is hiring a Contract Sourcing Partner to join the Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on building and nurturing talent pipelines across multiple business units, using innovative sourcing strategies to attract hard-to-find candidates.

You will partner with recruiters to identify, engage, and manage passive talent, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, while optimizing ATS/CRM workflows to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in talent acquisition, sourcing, lead generation, or related field.
• Deep expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience with ATS and CRM tools; Jobvite is a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor market dynamics and talent pools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across diverse teams.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen; able to connect sourcing to business goals.
• Self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent using multiple channels (networking, referrals, social media, job boards, talent communities, events).
• Conduct talent market research and build talent maps using advanced search techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights).
• Generate and maintain passive candidate pipelines and nurture long‑term relationships for future opportunities.
• Support recruitment marketing campaigns, job advert strategies, and outreach in partnership with recruiters and Employer Brand team.
• Continuously optimize sourcing processes and leverage ATS/CRM (Jobvite preferred) for greater efficiency.
