Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer in Reno, NV to build a strong talent pipeline for mission-critical roles. You will lead search planning, engage passive candidates, and collaborate with regional hiring managers to align profiles with business needs.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or higher in HR, business, or related field preferred.
5+ years’ sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruiting experience.
Experience with ATS database navigation and mining; Workday preferred.
Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a search plan to identify qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters across regions to define candidate profiles and calibrate on talent needs.
Advanced competency in prospecting techniques and tools for information retrieval, data extraction, and candidate management.
Engage passive candidates using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and campaigns.
Provide regular pipeline updates to the recruitment team; track and report recruiting metrics.
