Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Sourcing & Talent Mapping.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies aligned with manufacturing objectives.
• Identify and source qualified engineers, technical experts, and leadership candidates.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping across industries.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate introductions and handoffs to hiring managers.
