Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Sales Executive in Houston to drive new business, build client relationships, and promote staffing services across industries. You will visit clients, strategize with C-level leaders, and position LHH as a trusted talent partner.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B sales within staffing or HR services, a proven sales record, and strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or 2+ years' experience in the staffing industry.
• 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the staffing, recruitment, or HR services industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target
• Strong understanding of staffing services and workforce solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Talent Strategist.
• Partner with C-level clients to uncover the leadership DNA they need to evolve. Advise on hiring strategies that fuel transformation, not just transactions.
• Making Connections & Sparking Interest: Connect with potential clients through outreach, online research, and events to understand needs and share solutions.
• Identify and engage high-impact executives who don’t just fill roles, but redefine them.
• Lead with Empathy, Connect with Purpose.
• Harness emotional intelligence to build authentic relationships and match leaders with roles where they can thrive.
• Be a Brand Ambassador for LHH.
