Job summary

LHH in Indianapolis is seeking a Sales Executive to generate new business, build client relationships, and promote staffing services across industries. You will visit clients in person and drive growth with a results-driven mindset.

You will partner with C-level leaders on hiring strategies and lead with empathy to match leaders with critical roles. Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and ongoing training offered.

Qualifications

• Degree or 3+ years in staffing industry required.
• Experience in B2B sales and meeting targets is essential.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Talent Strategist and build client relationships.
• Partner with C-level clients to advise on hiring needs and strategies.
• Identify and engage high-impact executives to fill roles.
• Lead with empathy and connect with purpose in all interactions.
• Be a brand ambassador for LHH and promote staffing solutions.
