Job summary

BR+A Consulting Engineers is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to partner with management and the HR team in Boston. You will guide interview processes, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate recruiting events to fill open positions.

You will analyze market data, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with EEO requirements. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR experience are expected, with SHRM credentials a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required.
• At least five years of human resources or related experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ADP Workforce Now, and talent management systems strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consults with HR Director, Sr HR Generalist and management to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).
• Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields.
• Consults data, records and a variety of recruitment resources to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions.
• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for certain open positions
• Follows-up with hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.
