Republic Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions and to build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, HR, and external networks. The role emphasizes creative sourcing, candidate engagement, and compliance with employment laws to hire top talent across the organization.

The position requires proactivity in sourcing, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic, Fortune 500 environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting client groups in a Fortune 500 corporate environment.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• High energy, passionate individual who loves people and loves recruiting.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as in a team setting/collaborative environment.
• Ability to effectively prioritize multiple assignments and display strong organizational skills.
• Strong PC skills with business and communication software (Word Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including assisting managers with identification of viable candidates, interviewing, and selection.
• Sources and entices a qualified pool of both active and passive candidates using traditional and non-traditional methods.
• Manages candidate engagement, provides a positive candidate experience, and acts as a candidate advocate.
• Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback on the recruiting process and fit.
• Delivers and negotiates employment offers.
• Maintains tracking system of all requisition and applicant activity.
• Represents the company at universities, schools, job fairs, and community events to raise awareness of opportunities.
