Job summary

Old Republic Commercial Risk is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life-cycle recruitment for the corporate office and region. You will source, screen, interview, and guide offers and onboarding, ensuring compliance and competitive compensation.

You will develop active and passive pipelines, build industry relationships, and coach managers on effective hiring while collaborating with management to understand staffing and growth needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years full life-cycle recruitment in corporate setting; insurance industry preferred.
• Experience with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
• Source, screen and interview candidates for insurance and corporate roles.
• Conduct pre-employment assessments and advise on compliance.
• Determine compensation using corporate guidelines and manage offers.
• Develop candidate pipelines and build relationships with colleges and associations.
• Coach management on recruitment and hiring to improve effectiveness.
