CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Partner to own the full recruitment lifecycle for Home Solutions. You will source, screen, interview, and hire candidates, working closely with operations to understand needs and build strong talent pipelines.

This hands-on role requires independently managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment and partnering with internal stakeholders to align recruiting strategies with business goals. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience independently managing full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, selection).
• Able to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and leaders.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred in related fields.

Responsabilités

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle across divisional channels, including postings, screening, interviews, and reference checks.
• Independently generate and maintain a robust pipeline to support ongoing hiring needs.
• Serve as primary contact for division operations to understand capacity needs and ensure start dates meet requirements.
• Maintain partnerships with internal departments and provide recruitment updates.
