Job summary

Responsibilities

• Recruits for specialized positions across the organization through networking and referrals.
• Partners with recruiting leadership to support strategic initiatives and provide industry data.
• Creates recruiting pipelines with diverse candidate pools.
• Provides training and develops interview guides for staff involved in recruitment.
• Plans workforce strategies with leadership and HR.
• Establishes procedures for sourcing based on market trends and talent sources.
• Coordinates recruiting from sourcing to on-boarding including offers.
• Interviews and assesses candidates and makes hire recommendations.
• Maintains relationships with internal and external clients and business partners.
• Leads special projects and drives ownership and accountability.
