Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruiting experience in a large, decentralized or centralized company environment desired.
• Bilingual Spanish candidates with fluency in reading/writing highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required, or, at least 3 years of equivalent work experience required.
• Must have demonstrated internal customer service skills, troubleshooting and problem solving experiences.
• Must have strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in person and via written correspondence and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manages full life-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, selection, offer negotiation, onboarding initiation.
• Place and edit job advertisements in various media outlets and manage the tracking system.
• Coordinate background checks and reference checks.
• Maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and trade schools.
• Travel 20-40% to various locations as required by leadership.
• Support Penske diversity initiatives and stay compliant with laws.
