Responsibilities

• Recruiter is responsible for an inclusive communication process with both internal and external business personnel.
• Manage full-recruitment life cycle: sourcing, interviewing, placing, managing and termination as needed.
• Strategically source active and passive candidates to build strong pipelines.
• Leverage online platforms and cold-calling to find candidates.
• Develop unique sourcing strategies to increase effectiveness.
• Evaluate resumes against position requirements for future potential.
• Make qualitative decisions on candidate dispositions.
• Schedule and conduct structured phone interviews with candidates.
• Present qualified candidates and facilitate offers and negotiations.
• Coordinate interviews with clients, including travel arrangements as needed.
• Maintain high-touch communication with candidates and client teams during cycles.
• Ensure timely status updates and consistent recruitment processes.
• Own process improvements and contribute to group optimization activities.
• Conduct job scoping and generate leads for Client Solutions Team.
• Stay aware of trends in recruiting, healthcare, and employment legislation.
• Perform other duties as required.
