Revel Staffing in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and place clinical and administrative talent across healthcare settings. You will develop recruitment strategies and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

The role requires strong relationship-building, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum experience in recruiting or staffing.
• HIPAA certificate required.
• Knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing, and regulations.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong relationship-building.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain an active pipeline and database of prospective candidates
• Conduct reference checks and participate in background verification processes
• Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners
• Advertise job openings on job boards, social platforms, and professional networks
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to forecast and fulfill staffing needs
• Prepare recruitment metrics, reports, and performance updates for leadership
• Stay informed about healthcare hiring trends and best practices
• Occasionally travel to meet clients or attend recruitment-related events
• Flex work hours as needed to accommodate candidate and client schedules
