Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely communication.
