SkyBridge Healthcare LLC in Tampa is seeking experienced Healthcare Recruiters to drive nationwide staffing efforts by sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent in travel and contract roles.

You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, collaborate with Account Managers, and build strong pipelines through innovative sourcing. The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting metrics, and delivering quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Prior recruiting experience not required.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
• Must be able to commute to our office in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting lifecycle for various open positions, assisting clients in finding, hiring, and retaining quality candidates.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand division hiring needs and job specifications.
• Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and candidate outreach to engage top talent.
• Partner with account managers to present qualified candidates to clients for placement opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and during contract employment.
