Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in Supply Chain, Accounting and Finance or Technology.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of search methods, tools, and industry best practices.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source talent using various recruitment methods.
• Develop talent pipelines for executive-level positions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to craft strategic hiring plans.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience reflecting our brand.
• Provide market insights and data-driven recruitment recommendations.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
