Responsibilities

• Identify talent using platforms like LinkedIn, StreetEasy, MLS systems.
• Screen candidates to evaluate fit for real estate roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Advertise roles on job boards and manage applicant pipelines.
• Maintain real-time candidate trackers and status updates.
• Extend offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
• Assist onboarding and license transfers where needed.
• Build a pipeline of passive candidates for future roles.
