LJA is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the delivery of hiring across our Business Solutions division. You will manage a team of recruiters, partner with senior leaders, and drive executive recruiting across multiple business areas.

The role balances hands-on recruiting with people leadership and strategic alignment to growth initiatives. As an employee-owned firm, LJA emphasizes collaboration, learning, and high-impact talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or related majors).
• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• 1+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting across assigned business areas and directly manage a team of recruiters.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to align hiring strategies with growth objectives.
• Perform executive and leadership recruiting activities, including sourcing and talent engagement.
• Develop and coach recruiters to improve performance and career growth.
• Monitor pipelines, hiring activity, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
