Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter to connect talent with clients in the Salem, OR area. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, screen and interview candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain candidate records.

Qualifications

1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking, referrals and outreach campaigns.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the process.
Engage with community partners and attend local events.
Weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high volume accounts.
Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market.
