Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Drafts detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Screens resumes in Paycom and job boards.
• Conducts in-person, phone, or video interviews for pre-screening and regular interviews.
• Coordinates and schedules interviews and prepares questions/materials.
• Performs reference and background checks.
• Maintains relationships with internal and external clients to achieve staffing goals.
• Posts positions on job boards and colleges; writes employment ads for various media.
• Assists with the offer process and onboarding activities.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies.
• Attends industry job fairs and college events to recruit open positions.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional integrity.
