Engineering Services & Products C in the United States seeks an HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle hiring process for entry to professional positions. You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, craft job descriptions, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.

The role requires a 4-year degree (or 2-4 years related experience) with strong communication and regulatory knowledge. Proficiency in Paycom, MS Office, and HRIS is expected to succeed in this position.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 2-4 years related experience.
• SHRM credentials preferred for advanced HR practices.
• Experience with recruitment, interviewing, and employment law.

Responsabilidades

• Develops all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Drafts accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Screen resumes on job boards and in Paycom.
• Conducts in-person, phone, or video interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and prepare materials.
• Perform reference and background checks.
• Maintain relationships with clients to meet staffing goals.
• Post positions on job boards and college boards; write ads.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
