Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Recruits, screens and refers applicants for new or existing positions within Jefferson, utilizing knowledge of specific job requirements.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with Jefferson department heads and external partners.
• Prepares recruitment advertisements and controls advertising budget; interacts with external employment and advertising representatives.
• Enters applicant and new hire data into PeopleSoft and arranges new hire processing schedule.
• Teaches training on hiring, onboarding policies and procedures.
• Performs courteous interviews and provides consulting to management on the hiring process.
