Job summary

Doodle Labs LLC, based in Austin, TX, is seeking a Talent & People Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting and scalable HR programs. The role partners with the Head of HR and Talent Acquisitions to attract, develop, and retain talent across technical, commercial, and operational functions.

You will shape onboarding, performance management, and workforce planning, while contributing to employer branding in the Austin market and beyond.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in HR, recruiting, or blended people ops role, ideally in scaling tech or hardware.
• Comfortable owning the full recruiting lifecycle without heavy process infrastructure.
• Strong communicator with hiring managers and candidates; relationship quality matters.
• Curious about people and what drives candidates and employees.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multiple pipelines and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for global-based roles across technical, commercial, and operational functions.
• Partner with hiring managers on intake, sourcing strategy, interview design, and offer structuring.
• Build and manage HR programs including onboarding, performance cycles, and employee experience initiatives.
• Support headcount planning with leadership, tracking open roles and forecasting needs.
