Job summary

Doodle Labs is seeking a Director of Business Operations based in Austin, TX, reporting to the Co-CEO. You will own cross-functional programs, implement processes, and help make the company AI-native, partnering with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to accelerate growth.

This is an in-office role with ~30% travel, including visits to Singapore. You will build an operating backbone, design cadence, and drive supply chain improvements to keep hardware shipping on schedule.

Qualifications

• Background in management consulting with 5+ years leading complex initiatives.
• A structured thinker and operator who can drive cross-functional projects.
• Experience running cross-functional programs from scoping to execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build processes and drive adoption across teams.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities to transform business teams and drive adoption.
• Own and standardize software stacks and AI-first operations.
• Build and maintain the operating rhythm with leadership updates.
• Automate supply chain processes to keep hardware shipping on schedule.
• Design and implement new processes with Engineering and Operations.
• Lead cross-functional projects from scope to execution.
• Own quarterly initiative roadmap and deliver programs.
