Job summary

Doodle Labs in Austin is seeking a Talent & People Partner to own the full recruiting lifecycle and help shape scalable HR programs. Based in Austin, you will split time between building HR programs that scale with the company, running full-cycle hiring for technical, commercial, and operational roles, and guiding leadership on headcount planning.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in HR, recruiting, or blended people ops role in scaling tech/hardware
• Comfortable owning the full recruiting lifecycle without heavy process infra
• Strategic thinker translating business needs into recruiting/HR strategy

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for global-based roles across technical, commercial, and operational functions
• Partner with hiring managers on intake, sourcing strategy, interview design, and offer structuring
• Build and manage HR programs including onboarding, performance cycles, and employee experience initiatives
• Support headcount planning alongside leadership—tracking open roles, forecasting needs, and aligning with business priorities
• Help shape Doodle Labs' employer brand and candidate experience in Austin and beyond
