You will partner with Global Lead Talent Partners, hiring managers, and executives, craft data-driven sourcing strategies, optimize the candidate experience, and help evolve a centralized talent model while showcasing our culture of creativity and
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for gaming, entertainment, media/creative or technology.
- 2+ years hiring technical talent in the Austin market.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong partnership with HR and senior leadership.
- Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse or similar).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Tech/TMS and G&A functions.
- Partner with Global Lead Talent Partners, hiring managers, and executives.
- Develop creative, data-driven sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and deliver recruiting metrics.
- Champion candidate experience and equitable interviewing practices.
- Build and promote the Austin hub as a talent destination.
