Job summary

GNS North America seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for hourly to management roles across the U.S. You will partner with hiring managers and leadership to attract, evaluate, hire, and onboard top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will work primarily in our Grand Rapids office, supporting production sites in Holland and Canton, with travel up to 10–15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field and 3 years of experience in a dedicated talent acquisition or onboarding role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience coordinating and conducting virtual and in-person interviews.
• Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and hiring compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, salary expectations, and desired skills.
• Create and manage job postings across online forums, social media platforms, and recruitment channels.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for alignment with role requirements, skills, and company values.
• Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and support onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain recruiting documentation and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.
