Job summary

YETI is seeking a detail‑oriented talent operations professional to join our Americas Talent team in Austin, TX. You’ll coordinate core talent processes, develop executive communications, and translate workforce data into actionable insights that influence business decisions.

Based onsite four days a week, you’ll build strong partnerships with leaders and stakeholders, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate reporting and timely action on priorities that keep our organization running at

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills; strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent planning, organization, communication, stakeholder management, and follow-through.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate core talent processes for the Americas Talent team, including compensation planning and workforce planning.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, work-back schedules, and process documentation.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, decisions, and action items to ensure timely follow-through.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, summaries, and communications conveying talent priorities and outcomes.
• Compile, analyze, and translate workforce data into actionable insights for business decisions.
• Support reporting, data audits, and quality reviews to improve accuracy and decision readiness.
• Capture meeting takeaways, document decisions, drive action-item follow-up and accountability.
• Identify and implement process improvements and AI-enabled tools to increase team efficiency.
