Job summary

Keller is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Alpharetta, GA, Smyrna, GA, or Greensboro, NC locations. The role treats recruiting as a sales function, partnering with leadership to fill critical roles across multiple units within a specialty construction company.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruiting or HR experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ATS and Microsoft Office. Up to 15% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
• 1–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions across multiple business units.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to identify position requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications by reviewing resumes, phone screenings, and providing hiring recommendations.
• Guide candidates through the offer stage, negotiating and closing offers with managers.
• Cultivate relationships throughout the recruiting process to ensure positive candidate experiences.
• Source and nurture high-potential candidates and maintain pipelines for future roles.
• Visit active job sites monthly to deepen knowledge of Keller's products and operations.
