Job summary

Keller is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units. The role will partner with leaders to understand needs, source top talent, and guide candidates from first contact to offer acceptance.

Location options include Alpharetta, GA; Smyrna, GA; or Greensboro, NC. Travel up to 15% is required to visit job sites and industry events. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent.
• 1–3 years recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ATS experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, Candidate Management & Business Engagement: support full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Evaluate qualifications by reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and making hiring recommendations.
• Guide candidates through the offer stage, negotiate and close offers.
• Cultivate relationships throughout the recruiting process for a positive experience.
• Identify warm leads and maintain contact with high-potential candidates for future roles.
• Visit active job sites monthly to deepen knowledge of Keller's products and operations.
