Job summary

NXTThing RPO is seeking a Seasonal Recruitment Specialist to engage with candidates and support them through the recruitment process from outreach to onboarding. You will conduct screenings, manage communications via chat and email, and help keep candidate records accurate in our tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone screenings with candidates in a respectful, professional manner.
• Engage in candidate care activities including outbound calls, chat support, and monitoring shared inboxes.
• Assist candidates throughout onboarding.
• Execute background administration and monitoring.
• Update candidate responses in the applicant tracking system.
• Extend verbal employment offers to qualified candidates.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.
