Job summary

Talos is seeking a Senior Associate, Recruiting to own hiring across our Revenue & Operations organizations. You will manage full lifecycle for a broad and varied set of roles—spanning sales, account management, marketing, finance, and business operations—partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to translate priorities into hiring plans that keep pace with Talos's growth.

This role focuses on sourcing, relationship-building, and execution.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including both agency and in-house recruiting across commercial or business operations functions.
• Experience sourcing and closing candidates across diverse roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; Ashby experience is a significant advantage.
• Capital markets/fintech/digital assets knowledge preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and professional with strong ownership over requisitions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Revenue & Operations roles across Talos, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope and strategy.
• Manage full lifecycle for a broad set of business-critical roles across sales, account management, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Collaborate with Head of Talent Acquisition, Co-Founders, and leadership to translate business priorities into hiring plans.
• Focus on sourcing, relationship-building, and execution; leverage RecOps for scheduling and admin tasks.
• Engage with top talent to build diverse pipelines and drive high-quality outcomes.
• Drive recruitment lifecycle within Ashby and advise managers on market dynamics and benchmarking.
• Ensure an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience.
