Job summary

Talos Global, a crypto trading technology leader, is hiring a Senior Associate, Recruiting to own hiring across Revenue & Operations. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for a broad set of roles, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to translate business priorities into hiring plans that align with Talos’s growth.

This role emphasizes sourcing, relationship-building, and execution in a RecOps-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to source and close candidates across diverse roles.
• Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems; Ashby is a plus.
• Capital markets/fintech/digital assets knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Revenue & Operations roles across the business.
• Source, engage, and close candidates for commercial and operational functions.
• Develop hunting strategies to build diverse pipelines.
• Drive recruitment lifecycle within Ashby with RecOps support.
• Advise on market dynamics, compensation benchmarking, and best practices.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Use Ashby data to forecast time-to-fill and share insights with leadership.
• Improve recruiting processes as the org scales.
