Job summary

Talos is hiring a Senior Associate, Recruiting in New York to own the full lifecycle for Revenue & Operations roles. You will source, engage, and close candidates, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to translate business priorities into hiring plans.

You’ll lead sourcing, manage a cross-functional pipeline, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. You will collaborate with an established RecOps function, use Ashby for ATS, and participate in

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-growth environments.
• Proven ability to source and close candidates across diverse roles.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• ATS proficiency; experience with Ashby is a plus.
• Knowledge of capital markets, fintech, or digital assets preferred.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and owning requisitions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Revenue & Operations; partner with hiring managers to define scope, strategy, and profiles.
• Source, engage, and close candidates across commercial and operational functions; build diverse pipelines.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active talent.
• Drive full lifecycle recruiting within Ashby; leverage RecOps for scheduling.
• Advise hiring managers on market dynamics, compensation benchmarking, and processes.
• Ensure high-touch candidate experience from first touch through offer stage.
• Use Ashby data to forecast time-to-fill and share insights with leadership.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes as the org scales.
