HireTalent - Staffing & Recruiting Firm is seeking a Recruiter to deliver full-cycle recruiting for mid- to senior-level Operations roles. This role serves as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders, developing recruitment strategies that align with business needs and market conditions.

Key duties include managing the full lifecycle from intake to offer, partnering with leaders, proactively sourcing diverse talent, building pipelines, advising on compensation and market trends, and

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (direct sourcing, corporate recruitment).
• Experience developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies (diverse talent pools).
• Prior ATS experience required; Workday ATS highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and strategy development to offer and pre-hire activities.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand needs and market conditions and develop recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source and engage qualified talent through networking, platforms, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Serve as a talent advisor on recruiting strategy, compensation considerations, market trends, and hiring processes.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
